Do you accept new patients?
Do you accept emergency appointments?
- Yes, true emergencies are seen promptly. Should our office be closed, we will arrange for emergency treatment by a colleague.
Do you accept insurance?
- We accept most major dental insurance and we will bill your dental insurance company directly.
What if I don't have insurance?
- We offer Care Credit® which provides affordable payment plans for dental procedures. There are 3-month, 24-month, 36-month, 48-month, and 60-month programs.
Do you offer Senior discounts?
- Yes, we offer a 10% discount to our Senior citizens who do not have dental insurance.
What fees do I have to pay at the time of service?
- Prosthetic services (crowns, bridges, dentures, implants) require a 50% pre-payment in order to initiate treatment. We accept cash, check, and most credit and debit cards.
What if I have to cancel an appointment?
- We do charge a short-notice (less than 48 hours) cancellation fee of $60 for hygiene appointments. For doctor's appointments, the short notice fee is 50% of the scheduled doctor fee.
- If the cancellation fee is paid over the phone with a credit card at the time of cancellation, there is a 10% discount on the short notice cancellation fee.
